We use HTML 5 technologies which are designed for use with any web browser and on any operating system such as: Linux, Apple Macintosh and Microsoft Windows. This cuts down on customer frustrations and makes your website more accessible to anyone.

Fees for design, layout, hosting, backups and regular maintenance.

 

One-time Flat Fees:

 

This will vary based on how much work will be involved with your website(s). A determination will be made as to the amount of work involved based on information and any deadlines set by clients. An estimate will be given once all pertinent data has been assessed.

This could include:

 

- Client deadlines.
- Graphic design elements involved.
- Amount of SEO involved.
- How many pages are expected.
- How much text will need to be written.
- How many images need to be designed.
- How complex the sitemap or navigation menu will be.

 

Yearly Fees:

 

One year hosting with maitnance is based on needs. 

 

Hourly Fees:

 

This pertains to specialty work such as SEO, content creation, or other services. This also pertains to work that is changed, not agreed upon, or is not in the original contract. These services or alterations will be billed hourly at a rate of $50.00 per hour.

 

Monthly Fees:

 

These are monthly recurring fees for support packages which include web hosting, extra labor or other maintenance.

 

Standard Package: $50.00 Per Month thereafter includes:

- Hosting for your domain(s) on a high speed dedicated server connected to an Internet backbone link.
- 24/7 Assistance support via email and personal instruction on: how to add, remove, edit, publish, retract or move a content item.

 

Personal Webmaster Package: $150.00 – & up Per Month thereafter includes:

- Everything in the standard package above.
- 4 hours of extra labor per month (does not rollover) to be used at your discretion. Can include: editing, adding, removing, archiving, or otherwise manipulating content on your site. Can also include installation of new software features, pages, images, forms or other enhancements to the site.
- Detailed report of any work performed for your records.
- Daily management of your website(s).

Web Hosting-On-going hosting of your website(s) and/or files on a high speed dedicated server, email services and subdomains.
We will host and maintain your website(s), email addresses, manage backups, subdomains and regular server maintenance. 

EXTENDED SERVICES:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Consulting – SEO consulting, keyword assessment, keyword targeting, keyword placement, link analysis, duplicate content removal, URL analysis, submission to search engines and directories.

We will assess and/or your current content and goals or create and place new content based on your target goals and submit the final product to search engines for you.

 

Written Content Creation – Creation of written content to target keywords, intended audiences, specific regions or areas of interest.
We will create custom written content based on your business, geographic region, audience or other areas of importance.

 

Custom Graphics – Logos, buttons, icons, photos or other graphic needs.
We will create custom graphics for your website(s) such as: logos, buttons, icons or photos.

 

Personal Webmaster – Daily management of your website(s), content, backups and server maintenance.
We will manage your website(s) on a daily basis, make changes for you such as: adding new content, removing old content, editing existing content, moving content from one area to another within the same site or between other websites you own that are hosted with us.

 

Advertising – Consulting or management of advertising campaigns to target specific products or services and get traffic to your website(s).
We will manage advertising campaigns for you designed to direct traffic to your website(s), sell products or sell ad space on your website(s) to others based on your accepted criteria.

We will work with you to develop a custom plan that fits your budget for websites that require above normal services, maintenance or content manipulation.

2.  Full ownership of your domain(s) and a detailed explanation of what ownership entails.
3.  Hosting of your domain(s). (optional)
4.  Dedicated server management. (daily file backup and regular database and system maintenance).

6.  Dailey backups of your website(s).
7.  Detailed statistics of your website(s) using one or more of the following:  Google Analytics.
8.  Organized copies of all images, documents or other file content used on your website(s).
